How to find important locations in another City
for planning a Vacation
If it is a Business Trip, a real Vacation, or just a Travel over the Weekend,
you have to arrange your Travel in a most efficient way. And for that we
use a Google Map. Google Maps go all over the world and using them will
help you, finding everything in your target area. Do you want to go to the
Beach or try to visit a Museum. Do you like enjoying yourself close to a
Shopping Center or do you have to get nearby an important Business
Address. You should already know before arriving, where these locations
are. And off course including the Airport.
After having all this finalized you can start focusing on your Hotel and
find out, which one will fit you best. You can either search for the lowest
priced deal in the city or you better choose a Hotel, which is most close
to where you need to go. A rental car might be very useful for choosing
a more outside Hotel, if this is, you are looking for.
But first finalize all data for your trip.
Name the exact day, when you want to go and then for how long it will be.
The best deals you will get, when you book at least 2 weeks in advance.
If you have to schedule for the next day, it’s always getting a bit more
expensive.
So please keep it in mind, book in advance.
Let’s say, you have to arrive on Monday. If it is possible for you, check
already on Sunday’s midnight flights, if there is an extremely good deal.
It could help you, to save some money. Then check for Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday. You will see, there can be a big difference in
its price. With our booking engine it is very easy, to type it all in. At the
end of your search, the cheapest flight is always displayed first. Find the
best deal, book your flight and then write down the departure- and
arrival time, plus flight number and Airline.
And you may also already reserve your seat !
What you buy over the Internet is an an electronic ticket, you will
pick up, as soon you are arriving at the airport (then it gets printed out).
Now click on Hotel-Option and fill in the name of the city and the length
of your stay. If you need a rental car, do the same afterwards. Booking
your hotel room you can often also fill in your flight data for them, to
come by and pick you up from the airport (if it is offered):
Name of the airline, arrival time and the arriving flight number (there
are direct flights and also one-stop (or more stop) flights, which are often cheaper
than the direct flights, but you have to change aircraft and it takes a bit longer).
Soon you will know and understand it all
and become your own personal Travel Specialist !

Please write it all down. It is horrible, to sit in an airplane,
not knowing what happens next, what to do and where to go.

For High Class
and
Luxury Hotels
The best way, to write it all down:
Always after arriving somewhere, look at an airport watch to find out, what is the time over
there. So you do not get into troubles looking at your own watch, having arrived in another
time zone. Example: East US time, Central time, Pacific time ...
